There is an embedded check in both global mods that prevents any trait from being added from a pack the player doesn't own (e.g. Fatal Flaws A set of traits with varying effects based on the fatal flaws from Sims Medieval, a system I greatly miss. Youre better off giving this flaw to a less adventurous Sim.
Sims with this flaw will also have a hard time recovering from illness, and may vomit after drinking or eating.
